Hello members we are 4 days into summer and the cricket season is upon us, and the Hampton Rovers Juniors registrations are now open – Yay!!
Early Bird Pricing will run until 1st Feb 2025. Players who register before 1st Feb 2025 will automatically receive the Early Bird rate of $300 (includes $58 SMJFL fee).
To help the Hampton Rovers Committee plan for teams for the 2025 season, we encourage all members to sign up by early February 2025. We have heard that there are quite a number of families and players looking to transfer from other clubs to the Rovers for the 2025 season and we want to ensure all existing players are captured prior to closing off teams due to full numbers. We can’t guarantee spots will be held open if players are not registered in time.
Secondly, the committee needs help. We are looking to fill the following roles for the 2025 season. To the parents of the U8-U12 Cohort you are the future and we need parents from these age groups to put their hand up and come on board. The club doesn’t run without the help of people on the committee – it is an extremely rewarding opportunity.
Positions vacant are:
– President
– Vice President (a second vice president role to share the load)
– Child Safety & Incident Officer
– Social Events Coordinator this also covers coordination of other initiatives such as TS4A charity round – opportunity to create a social committee with likeminded parents to share load
– General Committee Member
