Rovers players (girls and boys) from U10 – U17 are invited to participate in a free 10-week program of stretching, running technique and ball skills.
Head of Junior Football, Paul Carrigan, has put this program together with Tony Pucella from Step Ahead High Performance Coaching.
BYO drink bottle and wear runners! Pick up from Thomas Street Park.
Starting Monday 3 April.
- U10-12 from 4-5pm
- U13-17 from 4:30-5:30pm
Non-compulsory, but another opportunity for our kids to improve their footy whilst having fun!
