Hampton Rovers Junior Football Club is thrilled to now be recognised as a signatory of the Women & Girls Community Football Charter. This is an important step for our club and reflects our ongoing commitment to championing women and girls in football.
We are dedicated to creating a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to participate, develop, and enjoy the game. From our youngest players in our very first U8/9 team through to our seniors women’s team, we want everyone to feel supported, valued and confident both on and off the field.
Being part of this Charter reinforces the values we stand for as a club and helps guide how we continue to grow and improve our programs. We look forward to building on this commitment and ensuring Hampton Rovers remains a place where girls and women can thrive in football.
