With summer now officially behind us (that was quick) the Hampton Rovers Juniors are getting ready for a great 2023 season.
This year, we are keen to continue our strong values of Passion, Teamwork, Fun and Respect. Your local footy club is focused on ensuring that we provide a great environment for our players, and their families, to thrive.
Our Club is run by a number of dedicated volunteers. In order to make the 2023 season an even greater success than previous years, we will need even more hands on deck. Please read on for the opportunities to volunteer, and most importantly, the new system that is place to register your volunteering interest. This is a new process from the SMJFL and must be applied for all volunteers at the Club – including those that help out on game day.
Our registration numbers are looking healthy, with more than 470 players registered to play in 2023. With 7 weeks to go until the first game, please ensure that you register via PlayHQ as quickly as possible if you haven’t already done so. We hope to finalise teams shortly.

Sunday 19 March: Final pre-season training session with Sandringham Little Athletics Club
Saturday 1 April: Hampton Rovers Juniors uniform and merchandise sale
Monday 3 April: Coaches information night
Thursday 6 April: Last day Term 1
Sunday 23 April: Round 1 2023 season
Monday 24 April: First day Term 2
Tuesday 25 April: Anzac Day Public Holiday
Friday 28 April: Hampton Rovers Juniors official season launch celebration
Saturday 29 April: Hampton Auskick commences
