Round 7 started in fog but the teams were not deterred and played as hard as always. The mist soon cleared to herald another magnificent day of football at Castlefield, Boss James and Peterson Reserve!
Just as I was thinking the day could not get any better – Bacon and Egg rolls at Boss James were back for 2017 !!! And sold out during the day #Passion.
The army of game day volunteers had all of our 440+ kids playing throughout the day. From cutting oranges and filling drink bottles through to the Trainers, Coaches and Team Managers it takes a team effort on and off the ground each week. Don’t forget to thank your respective volunteers. #Respect #Teamwork

With no games this long weekend we hope all of the club volunteers and members get some time off ahead of the rest of the 2017 season. As such Rovers Local won’t be open this week either, but it will be back next Friday 16 June. Training is still on for our teams this week though.
