Under 10 Orange vs Ormond (R3)

13 May 2019 by HRJ

What a wonderful way to spend Mother’s Day! Watching the Under 10 Orange celebrate a great game!!

All players arrived with their game day faces on and energies to match. Straight away the warm up drills got everyone moving and before we knew it the first siren had sounded.

Play started with the defenders made to kick straight into the action successfully stopping Ormond Blues from scoring any goals and got the ball down into our forward pocket. Eddie was the first to score a goal and it wasn’t his last.

Parker soon followed suit and with some nifty weaving bounced the ball and placed it neatly between the goal posts! Once the ball went back to the centre for a bounce the midfielders swiftly directed the ball back into the forward area for Parker to score another six points!

After half-time we saw Aaron and Sam put through some points before Anthony followed with two straight goals!

It was a great game all around with a super high standard. Speaking with the spectators we cannot believe how quickly our guys are improving and it’s exciting to watch! Many thanks for Daniel, Brandon and Kane for all the work done at training. Keep it up everyone, I can’t wait to see where this team will go!
