The Hampton Rovers Junior Committee is now calling for Expressions of Interest from parents (dads and mums), as well as senior men and women players that are interested in coaching our junior teams during the 2023 season.
Each year it is the Club’s role to ensure that every junior team has a Head Coach and an Assistant Coach that are accredited and suitable for the age group they will be working with, across our growing number of teams in both boys and girls junior football.
The Club has a two-year policy for Head Coaches with teams. Head Coaches may be considered again in the future to work with a particular team or age group, however the expectation is that a Head Coach has stepped back from any official role with the team for a period of time before returning to a Head Coach role.
If you are interested in becoming a Head or Assistant Coach, please complete this Expression of Interest form for coaching in 2023. This is a new process that has been established by the Football Working Group to improve the process of appointing coaches. Deadline for the EOI is Friday 16 September.
