A tremendous effort by the under 18 girls today playing against Oakleigh.
A very strong win against opponents who threatened to break out all day. Our girls did the small team things really well choking their opponents for space, tackling with ferocity and fighting hard to get to the ball first.
In the end a five goal game was the margin.
With a team including close to 50% playing only their second game the job was to work hard all day and every single girl gave their all.

It was a real pleasure to coach today and to hear the team song.
