Under 9 Blue vs St Peters (R3)

15 May 2019 by HRJ

What is a Mother?

A mother is a chocolate milkshake on a hot day.
A mother is a shoulder to cry on.
A mother is a gentle hand to wipe away the tears.
A mother is a taxi driver for her children.
A mother is the most ardent supporter of her child.
A mother is a smile.
A mother is a pat on the head.
A mother is a hug.
And a mother is love. Unconditional. Always.

Thanks Mums – for everything.

Love Hampton Rovers U9s Blue…

…who, by the way, played a wonderful game this week against the competitive St Peters. Cate and Sam captained the side brilliantly well, leading from the front…great stuff!

The team is doing a wonderful job putting into practice what they are learning at training – so Rohan and Ben were very proud of them all. Well done team!!!

Thanks particularly to Fi, for forging on with the team management – all on Mother’s Day. Also – thank you to everyone who escorted, umpired, ran, snaked, oranges, mediced, timekept, and goalied.

BUT – this week is about the Mums.

Thank you for all you do.
